Smoant Campbel Kit can bring you a mod component which houses a single 18650 battery and has a maximum output of 80W. The mod has a direct output which is not adjustable so you get the full power of the battery and the power output will drop as the battery charge decreases.
Drinking when vaping? I think it's a little strange. On top of the mod, you have two more components a Filter and a Tank. I assume it's almost normal that is the e-liquid vaping part of a 2ml vape juice capacity and a Ni80 coil.
And you can add 3ml soft drinks to there which screw the Filter component on top of the tank.
